Technolust stuck in after-game limbo

How do I start a new game?
I tried reinstalling it but it remembers and all the choices in the destination selector are gone, except for Arcade, Wreckshop and downtown. No options to restart.
When I open the game I get a screen with Technolust Simulation or Analog Anomalies as the only choices. In Simulation everyone is wearing the white masks and there's nothing to do but play arcade games.

Have you "cleared game data" ? When you first launch the game, look behind you to see the clear data option.
