Hello, I know this is years late but would this app work on a quest 3?

Unfortunately no. Anything made before 2016 is using the old runtime software that is incompatible with any VR headset besides the 2013 DK1 and 2014 DK2.

Anything made for the newer PC runtime software (which came out in 2016 with the release of the Rift CV1) is compatible with Quest headsets as long as you are connected to a PC using Link or Airlink.
