Which are the current high-ranking PSVR2 games? To find that out, I checked current user ratings for all PSVR2 games and apps. All ratings were registered November 18 2023 using the PlayStation Store.
Even though most of my VR games are from the Meta Store and Steam, the lists below may be of interest seeing what Sony has in store for killer VR games and apps.
In the lists below, a game rated for example 4.5/5 is shown as having a 90% average rating, as I think this makes it easier to understand. Metacritic and many reviewers also use a 0 - 100 scale. So in the lists, the average rating is shown as a percentage, and I added the number of ratings too. Note that the more ratings, the more solid the average rating becomes.

For now the only exclusive PSVR2 games with user ratings above 90% are Synapse and Resident Evil 8: Village:
Synapse is rated 92% and may be the highest-rated currently exclusive PSVR2 game
Resident Evil 8: Village VR is a 2D port and the average rating is affected by the 2D versions. Still it may be considered one of the highest-rated games for the PSVR2, and for VR it's exclusive to PSVR2
