Btw, maybe I should mention that in the original post I only included games which I thought could have a chance of getting a 90% rating (4.5/5).
There are tons of new games and apps coming this year, but most did not impress me.
If you're into Steam games, upcoming PCVR games can be found here:

I'm sure there're several diamonds in the rough, but hard to judge from 2D trailers.

Suddenly 2023 got a lot more interesting!
I started losing interest in Half-Life 2 when Episode 1 arrived, didn't even finish Episode 2.
But VR is a game changer, and while Half-Life 2 is very dated, Episode 1 and 2 may indeed be better and more interesting. Episode 1 could be great in VR, maybe even one of the most important releases this year. Half-Life 2 VR Mod has a 97% average rating on Steam, or same as Alyx, and should not be underestimated 🙂

I was genuinely happy to see this announcement - after 6 years, the game is launching - and this is no small release, the game looks awesome, and the current playable demo is of great quality too:
Find the game here - there's also a playable demo:

RECOMMENDED System Requirements:
I've been following the game for years, and once thought it was abandoned, so great to be wrong - and the demo was very promising. 2c.

Forgot to include Cradle of Sins on the list - the game is expected anytime (Q1 2023) and is looking good now with Unreal Engine 5 support:

Vertigo 2 is looking great, I did not like the playable demo much though:
