Can Arizona Sunshine be played with two players in different locations and do we both have to own a copy of the game?

Yes you can play with a friend but you both need to own a copy. Just make sure youre either both on quest or pc since its not crossplatform

And as a side note, if you wish to talk to each other, you need to be on the same game system..  VOIP only works Oculus to Oculus or Steam to Steam. (or use another VOIP system like Teamspeak)
