Unable to Redeem Batman: Arkham Shadow with Meta Quest 3S Purchase

I ordered a new Oculus Quest 3 with a student discount and received it on 5/15/2025 and set it up. I found that I did not receive the new Batman: Arkham Shadow. I looked thoroughly in my library and found that i have to buy the game. It was promoted that the quest 3s was provided. Help. I have the order number and everything.

The promotion to get Batman for free with the purchase of a new Quest 3 or Quest 3s ended on May 7th.
Did you buy the Quest before that date?

I didn't know Meta extended the offer in the US and Canada until December 31, 2025.
