Has anyone has trouble being able to purchase games or updates. I have used multiple credit/ debit cards and I always get a request can not be completed. I have bought a meta gift card and loaded it and that still doesn’t work. Meta says they are working on it. I am just wondering if I am alone.
I have same problem - meta got 40 mails from me, and each reply is the same, seems like generated by AI “our special team is working hard to solve you problems”. But they don’t solved anything yet. Suggest to change credit card, network, device - nothing helps
