Unpleasant sound in quest

After purchasing the Quest 2, after a month of use, a pinching sound began to appear when I pressed buttons in the system in games, this was not felt, but in the system, I still don’t know how to fix it, and even with headphones, this sound is also there, I tried both wired and via Bluetooth, nothing has changed, let me know if any face the same problem

I had this happen recently where my Quest 3 was just making a high pitched sound after interacting with the Library button, and it wouldn't stop. I rebooted and it went away. Might just be a workaround, but it did get rid of it.
