I have a headset that has the V74 update and will not allow sideloading. I have it on auto updates but it will not update to either v75 or v76.
i tried forcing the update thru the website and it said it was updated but when it restarted it was V74!

There is no v75 and v76 final has not finished rolling out. I suggest you just stick with non-beta v74. For now, sideloading within the OS currently doesn't work, only doing it via ADB from a computer works on v74. You should be able to sideload using sidequest. Both my Q3 and QPro are currently still on non-beta v74 and are working fine.
