"If you have received a consumer-ready retail version of the Oculus Rift on Monday March 28th onwards, and already own the game from Steam Early Access, please read below:
As a thank you for supporting us through Steam Early Access, you are entitled to an Oculus Store key code in order to download VR Karts for free".
I havent ordered an cv1 but bought the game on steam to play it with my dk 2.
Its not possibel anymore and i will not receice a oculus home key.
Cyberality, please, where can i get back my money??
Than they ripped me off, cause they announced already that dk2 users wont get a key for oculus. I wish Oculus would have taken care about that many of they customers are not loosing the money cause the game is transfered from steam to oculus home for all oculus users.
Thank you, i will remenber for buying next time hard or software.
how did they rip you off. you got what you paid for... i dont feel ripped of not getting a free cv1 even tho i had the dk1 n dk2 plus whoever made vr karts can sell it or give it away free thats a BOSS
Where does it say that you're ineligible because you don't have a CV1? Do they actually ask for your Oculus receipt? The way I've seen every developer handle it is just asking for your Steam receipt to prove that you legitimately bought the game. How would they know whether you have a CV1 or not?
Also, try being a little less hostile. I don't know if it's a language barrier thing or what, but your English isn't exactly the most clear. You're engaging people in an argument that might not even be necessary if everybody understood what was actually being said.
Seems like lots of shady business practices and greed rearing it's head now that cv1 has launched
Not going to get me you fuckers, especially if I already have paid for your game, you can damn well be absolutely certain I will pirate it and may even host a free public FTP so other can too
hush little babeh dont say a word
and nevermind that noise u herrd
OK, so all you need to do is email the developer and ask for an Oculus key. I don't see how you've been ripped off, and certainly not from Oculus (since you bought the game outside our store). If the developer of the game promised you a key, that is between you and them. Does that make sense?
