VR lags on laptop

I have problem, whem i playing vr chat or other steam vr games, i have many glitches(freze) and lags in hl:alyx or vrchat graphics settings low, how can i fix it? My spec: rtx 3060 laptop, i5-11300H, 16 ram. Win 11

Hey hey! I would highly recommend getting connected with VR chat on their official website. I saw someone else with this issue and they are on the Meta App which makes me think the developer is having the issue on this.

Gotcha. So this is a overall lag when using the headset?

The reason for this will be the 3060 laptop.. You can find this information here. That being said if it does work it won't be perfect.
