Is it possible to download the videos in the VRIDEO app without actually beeing "in the app"? I have a slow internet connection and the downloads seem to stop if i exit the app. If i put the googles down and the app goes black. Any tips?
It depends on which app you are using. If you are on the Gear VR, the app would continue to download the video as a background Android process even if you remove the phone from the Gear VR. However, for the Oculus Rift app, it can only download while the Vrideo app is open because there is not a OS level download manager for Windows like it is for Android.
