I am not sure if this is the exact same game as on Oculus Home but you can buy VoEC for steam here for £2.99...

On the face of it, this makes the Oculus Home version look poor value at $29.99 ?????

Currently buying it direct through Steam, the VR Bundle is £21.98. Separately, the base game is £14.99 with the VR DLC £6.99... Luckily, I bought the Redux version a month or so ago when it was on sale.

No, you still have to buy the VR DLC. I already had Redux, and I bought the DLC this morning. It added a new, separate VR title different from Redux to my steam list.
