Vrchat stuck at 45fps (occulus link) on a decent Pc

Pc specs:

Ryzen 5 5600

32GB DDR4 Ram 

RTX 5070ti 

Hi,

I upgrade from a 3070 to a 5070ti (not for just vr but in general performance in games) but my Vrchat still gets 45fps. I have it set to 90fps on the oculus menu and I disabled ASW in the debug menu. Any advice?
