Warthunder and double image....and no cockpit view?

Hey guys, I just got my DK2 two days ago, I've been trying to play Warthunder with it.
The image I get in the game is kind of off, I see sort of a double image, it's pretty hard to read things.
I've done some research, and tried tweaking the IPD, making it half of the value, but still, nothing changed.
Does anyone have a solution to this?
And another thing is, I can't get the in cockpit view. By touching V key, I can only cycle through third person view, and the "HUD" view.

I don't know why you can't get the cockpit view; F2 normally does it for me (mind you, that's the only view I use anyway!)

And regarding the double image - take a look at the video I posted on page 3 here mate:

If that's what you're seeing (Assuming you got the cockpit view even working 😉 ) then it's a doddle to sort out.
Simply head over to your WarThunder folder and find config.blk
Right click & open it using notepad and find the 'Oculus' section. You'll see a line there that says: edgeScale:r=0.95

Change that to edgeScale:r=0
Exit and save config.blk.
Now, hopefully you'll have no more double image.

Then again, you might be having IPD issues too - A few of us seem to have quite different quirks with WarThunder :?

Actually, you might want to check out museumsteve's post on page 2 of that link above - that has some very useful info that may be of assistance to you too...

Hey, thanks

I got it to work.
Yes I changed the nose to eye distance
Then I realize the no cockpit view problem is caused by my game, for some reason I don't have a full client, so the models in there are a very basic version so the interior of a plane is not modeled.
I'm downloading the full client, I hope that will fix it.

I thought i was the inly one with the cockpit view issue i can only see 3rd person and bomber view for some reason
