For 2018 my suggestions would probably be:
1. Moss
2. Windlands 2
3. Beat Saber (early access)
4. Seeking Dawn
5. Transference
6. Racket: Nx (reached v. 1.0 in July 2018)
7. Vox Machinae (early access)
8. Kin
9. Sacralith
10. In Death
Runners-up: Hellblade, Marble Land, Xion, Psychonauts in the Rhombus of Ruin, Creed and Red Matter.

Beat Saber.
Windlands 2.
SkyrimVR.
That's my personal Top 3 for the year 2018. Then, if we count previous games:
Elite:Dangerous.
VRChat.
Rec Room (especially the Battle Royale mode).
Onward (it just lacks content in my opinion, otherwise the gameplay and graphics are excellent).
I Expect you to Die (or, as I like to call it, the best game to try VR for the first time).
Dead Effect 2 VR (only problem is the graphics, otherwise this game is fun as hell).
Batman: Arkham VR (the gameplay is shit, especially for today, but the rest is simply perfect and it ties in perfectly in the original game trilogy).
I couldn't try Moss, Seeking Dawn, Vox Machinae and Transference, but they definitely look like awesome games.
