I tried roughly a month ago but couldn’t get it to work (game would just open in a steam 2d window). I’m pretty sure the original mod creator was forced to stop by rockstar, so where should I download it, how do I set it up, and is downgrading gta required? I tried searching on YouTube but was just met with a bunch of fishy download links.
The creator (Luke Ross) was forced to stop because he asked us to pay for it. Rockstar feels that it's not right for someone else to get rich off of their product. I agree, so blame the creator for charging in the first place. If the mod is offered for free Rockstar can't legally do anything about it. Example being openIV, rockstar tried to ban it but lost because it is free.
