Worst customer support in history

After six months of trying to get someone to actually work with me on fixing my son's account they deleted it due to the amount of time passed without completing the age verification process.  The same process I have been trying to navigate with them for 6 months.  "Use the link" they said.  Unfortunately the link doesn't work and not one customer support person would help manually navigate the requirements.

Company is just like it's owner.  Choose hitting yourself in the hand with a hammer over doing business here.

6 MONTHS?! I'm only 1 month in a similar issue. That's a poor outlook 😞

So many cases like this on the forums. And that's only from the people who actually FOUND the forums.

Seriously.  Save yourself the hair loss, put that thing on Ebay and go have a nice dinner with the money.  You will thank me later.

LOL try googling 'reddit meta age suspension'. This is only the tip of the iceberg. Meta holds your account hostage and they probably get away with it because of 'terms of blah blah and eula blah blah'. It's disgusting!
