In a multiple player game do both players have to be in the same location and pair to the wifi in that location or can they be in different locations and play the same multiple player game?

Vader Immortal: Episode III will not launch on my Oculus Quest.

It's stuck on the three loading dots, and will not go past them. I've tried rebooting, but I can't seem to get it to work without uninstalling it and losing all my game data.

I think my oculus quest is glitched

When I deleted some games they didn't really delete, as a matter of fact it is just saying "unistalling" and it just doesn't go away after like 3 days. I have tried restaring the quest, but nothing has happened the games are still there "UNISTALLING"...
