I and others have wanted a true clipboard in Quest 2.
The Meta Quest Browser now has a nice clipboard, but text copied to there is not accessible out in other apps.
For now, this is my workaround...
In the browser, after you have copied some text from a webpage, open one of the "online text editors" and paste the browser clipboard text into the. page. Then tell the online text editor to download.
This file, in the Download folder in the Quest file system, can then be opened by a file manager app, in my case X-Plore. X-Plore has a nice clipboard to copy what the browxer clipboard had pasted into the file saved out by the online text editor.
