Hey there, @backgap! We understand that you'd like to use your Mac for Meta Horizon Workrooms! It may be possible for you to stream your desktop into your headset, depending on the operating system that your Mac is using. For more information on how this is done, please see our Use your computer in VR in Meta Horizon Workrooms article for details! It mentions the exact OS that are compatible with Remote Desktop for this purpose.

We hope this information helps! Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns!

Just to be clear, if my operating system it’s the most recent one, with Apple m2 chip i can use meta workrooms?

For the macOS, it would need to be Big Sur, Catalina or Monterey.

In the last update the broke something - audio plugin on mac doesn't work anymore, and that's brake connection to Remote Desktop or Workrooms all together :(.

In post about that problem here, they wrote that - Meta Remote Desktop is deprecated and they wouldn't do anything with that issue... Very shame.

There is some alternatives (Immersed, Desktop VR etc) - but for me Meta's solution were most comfortable to uses...
