On the scaredy cat meter, this one goes to 11. Doom3 doesnt even compare... Finished the game just now, in Vorpx with virtual cinema mode (fov100) and no head tracking (= no sick stomach) I find head tracking overrated anyway.
Awesome game, that needs to be played in in 3d. (if you can handle it)
