Trying to link with the native wired link, as i'm not satisfied with the performance using virtual desktop
I dont even know what the problem is. Strangest thing about all of this is that it hasnt worked since i got the headset, but yesterday it worked for a single time and i havent been able to replicate it.
Using a RTX 2060 and AMD ryzen 7 4800H and 16gb ram. The link cable is not first party, but the oculus desktop app test says its good.
Ive tried just about everything posted on websites and forums, ive got no idea what to do at this point

Hello and thanks for reaching out today. We see you're having issues with the cable link. Thank you for providing you information and screenshots. That really helps!
Well we know it's no fun and that's not the experience we want for you. Let's see how we can get you back in the game quickly.
We have a few questions first.
-Prior to this incident, were there any issues or was the headset bumped or dropped?
-What link are you using?
-Have you tried the cable link on a different PC?
-Have you tried a different cable link?
-Have you inspected the port and the link connectors for any damage?

@kevin.nipper.102 Heyo, that's quite the pickle there. I'd love to help and see what I can do.
There are a couple of reasons as to why your GPU would say it's not currently supported after it worked for a couple of days.
Could you please answer the below questions for some further insight:
