ive had issues upon issues forever
Specs:
OS:Windows 10 home
I have a display port, 4 USB 2.0 ports on the back of my pc and 2 USB 3.0 ports on the front
8 gigs of ram
1tb of storage
gtx 1050 ti graphics card
all my drivers are up to date

when i first got the oculus app on my computer before i got my headset it wouldn't let me install games/apps this is still an issue

on to the main problem
id been hyping myself up for weeks for when i would get my rift s on Christmas well Christmas came and ive been trying to get this thing working for over 20 hours straight

initially when i launched the oculus app it didn't pick up the display port o the USB
so i messed around with everything i could find online for probably 3 hours before i went into device manager and saw that "rift s USB hub" or whatever its called had a yellow explanation point on it, i deleted it and to my total shock the app actually picked up both the display port and the USB 3.0 port and i moved on to setting up the sensors
after the oculus app said it was checking if the sensors could scan the play area for an hour i got suspicious and decided to close and reopen the oculus app which leads to the predicament i am currently in  it says that my USB is plugged into a USB 2.0 port even though i know for a fact its plugged into a 3.0 port because it literally says USB 3.0 under it

Also anytime i put it on i get the 3 dot loading screen

i have tried absolutely everything i could find online ive probably reinstalled the software 20 times and ive restarted my PC countless times
if there is any resource you need to help me i will HAPPILY provide it i submitted a support ticket but i have not gotten a response back
my family has constantly asking me if ive gotten it working because they all want to try it

please help me we spent 400 bucks on this thing plus $20 for hot dogs horseshoes and hand grenades

Have you enabled the camera in Windows settings - if not enabled it will cause issues. (if you have been checking things on the forum I'd hope you'd picked that niblet up).
Inserting the USB at least 10 seconds prior to the DP can also help.
PC info: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X - Sapphire 7900XTX - 32GB DDR4 4000 - 3 NVMe + 3SATA SSD - Quest 2 & 3

get this from amazon and just use the drivers windows 10 installs. should fix all your problems.
