its £6.99 for the VR dlc on steam. For the full game along with VR dlc its £21.98 which is about $32.

I posted a deal yesterday though to get it for about £11 by buying the game from indiegala for $6 then buying the VR dlc separate for £6.99.

I have the base game and bought the VR DLC. I had to refund it because it made me so dam sick. The only VR title to do so.  This was with a DK2 so not sure if the CV1 offers the same experience.  Ironically VR was supposed to be added via a patch but the dev said that because of all the extra work to port it to VR it was justifiable to charge $10. for it as a DLC.  What I found interesting was if all this work was put into it, why were the menus too close to your face and other obvious things you would change first thing for a VR specific port?  Yes, the graphics looked as good as the 2d version but it wasn't worth the discomfort and wonky menus.

Ive not tried the comfort setting which I think is teleport system (not really a fan off) So I played maybe about an hour today in 2 half hour sittings, I did feel a bit weird after but it helped when I just sat in my swivel chair and only used forward and back and swiveled to change direction, it worked quite well but still felt a bit weird after. I think its something I will keep going back to but just do 30 mins at a time.

Yup I tried using the teleport or 'comfort' system.  It was weird as I WANT to move freely in VR. I even went so far as to close my eyes whenever I turned left/right.  Eventually if I turned vewwwy vewwwy swowly I could almost stomach it.  Sorry I'm not buying the whole "well we spent alot of time working on this so it would be a comfortable experience.. and now we can charge you again for a game you already own.." story. Just MHO.

Yeah I think its one that will take time to build up a tolerance by playing in small doses. I wasn't trying to justify them charging for the DLC by the way, if they said they would release VR at a later date for free and then decided to charge for it thats pretty poor form, I got the game for about half the price so wasnt too bad.
