GearVR in The Netherlands?

I read that there would be a place in The Netherlands to test on Gear VR through a IGDA chapter or something.

Does anyone have any info on if this is an actual thing? I'd like to get my hands on testing my game on an actual Gear VR device since I don't own one. I can travel up to Amsterdam/Hauge, etc.
