Unable to sign the application keystone not found

I do not have the key store on my pc files and I cannot upload builds to oculus dev hub

App stuck uploading to app lab

So I’m having an issue uploading my app to app lab it just stays stuck uploading forever and never gives me any message or anything. But when I look at the ODH logs I see this..anyone know what could be causing this? Any help would be greatly appreci...
