So, I tried to turn off my quest and it has been on a black screen for 5 hours now.

I can tell that it is on because I can see the pixels lit up black. I don't know how to fix it.Solutions I have tried:Holding power button downHolding power button + volume buttonsConnecting to it from the oculus app to manually shut it off.
