So I did the factory reset, and tried recharging it with it powered on,
and it wouldn't go past 53% still. So I shut it down and plugged it in
to a charger and left it for a bit, and when I came back and checked the
charge by pressing the power butto...
As I previously posted, I have the exact same issue as nourgle and
updating to version 43 didn't fix it for me. Nothing can get it to
charge past 53% but since I mostly use it through quest link on my PC
