Cannot get PC to recognize USB for file transferring | Quest 2

Hi guys - this used to work for me. Anyone know how to get your pc to recognize the usb so you can transfer files? I have ensured my drivers are updated already. Any tips would be greatly appreciate!Re: Quest 2
