Did you try amd drivers 20.9.1? I had to roll back to it to get my Oculus Quest 2 working properly with link.I've seen some saying the 20.10.1 driver worked for them, but the newest amd drivers seem to have all kinds of issues with the Quest.

I had to roll my amd software back to 20.9.1 (Sept20,2020) for my link to work.
