What the hell is going on over there in california, my ticket has been
open for a month, last reply was two weeks ago saying they are still
working on it...... but there's nothing to work on. The package was lost
by UPS, end of story send me a new on...
I've heard back too, saying they will send one once I give them my
address, which is weird because I thought they would have that
information and just send one straight away. That was a few days ago and
I haven't had a reply yet so I'll hold my relie...

Had the same problem, as in opened another ticket because no one is
answering my other one..... they just said someone will contact you on
the other ticket, closed it, and then no-one has got back to me. Been
over a month now.
UPS lost my one and Oculus support has not answered me in over a month.
So pissed off. New orders can ship in a few days but they are not
replying to support tickets. its absolute bulls**t.
