they should have sent an email with a "Claim Button" which should
automatically add it to your account. Check any spam folders or filters,

replacement, it's up in the air. Open one anyways, as there a good
chance they'll replace it to keep you an active user.
How long ago did you purchase it? If you bought it recently, if you
