It definitely seems to me like the noise cancelling is causing a lot of
the issues, as it is blocking out the ambient sound of your voice,
making it sound dry and robotic. It also completely blocks external
sounds, making live guitar performances etc...
I have reported the problems to Meta and all they have done is send me a
label to return it and get a replacement which I think will be a
complete waste of time as everyone I know on VR that has a Quest 3 has
