Do you have any odd letters in your windows/microsoft username? Accents
like "è" or other uncommon letters like åæø? If so try to make a new
local window user with admin rights and run the software from that
user.Or just try make a one anyway.

Had the same problem with the initial setup when i got my Rift S. I have
an "è" in my windows username. Made a new local user with admin rights
and my Rift S have been working flawlessly after that. Have helped some
users on Reddit with this solution...
