Yes, I saw this change yesterday. Tried to send it two times again and
get the same answer — "We can’t use the ID you shared to confirm your
identity... try another photo...".There is no useful feedback. Feels
like there are no humans in the support ...
I tried all my IDs (passports, driver's licences, a residence permit)
with artificial and natural lighting and got the same answer — they
couldn't read my data. Looks like their use some AI for this work, and
it's broken. The support team didn't help...
