Hello everyone !I asked via the Oculus app a refund for two games that I
bought on my Oculus quest : Sairento VR untethered (because the
multiplayer wasn't working) and Sculptr VR (for the same reason).I asked
for this refund the 20th of October, and...
After sending a ticket about these refunds, here's the reply :

support. I would contact them again. Maybe your inquiry got lost
somewhere. Don't know how that could happen with digital support, but
