As the title suggests... after a clean boot the first game/app I use it
works perfectly and smoothly. If I then quit, and start a whole other
app or game, I see stuttering. And it's compounded over time and gets
worse until I reboot the system entire...

Hey guys, be sure to enable "Dynamic Replays" in the VR settings. The
replays are pure gold, especially the helicopter views where it feels
like you're flying.
