Are there already game titles in development (or released) using this
new VR tech and if so could this tech change the minimum gfx card
requirements for these games?

I have see this on my Rift S sometimes when fiddling with the cable. I
haven't seen this on my Index yet, so yes it's an issue that can happen
to any headset with a bruised cable /connection.
