Try unpluging your Oculus Hdmi when the computer is on and oculus home
is running. I have to do this everytime a new nvidia Driver comes out.

I had the same Problem. For me the solution was to find the Oculus.exe
and set it to start as administrator. this also helps playing Steam vr
games without oculus home in background which causes performance
