We need to talk to someone about transferring one of our products from
one publisher to another. I can't find any email or support mechanism
except for the developer support group, who don't handle business

Came here to post the same question. We use the Oculus spatializer
including its shoebox reflection system and this looks like a great
advance -- we'd love to have it working in Unreal.
We have made extensive use of HRTF in our Unreal project, thanks to our
sound designer. I could not agree more that it's crucial. I really
notice in VR titles when the audio isn't right -- throws me right out of
the immersion.
