My Rift S, which I've been using for a few years, suddenly stopped
connecting.The USB is recognized when I plug in the cable, but the
DisplayPort is not detected.It briefly recognizes the DisplayPort upon
connection, but an error occurs a few seconds...
Thanks for your reply.I would like to contact them but they need my Rift
S serial number to contact support.I'm sure I'm entering the correct
serial number but I can't continue.Is there any other way I can get
support?
