I got a notification that they cancelled yesterday. So I tried to
reorder using my card, paypal, even a burner card at my home and work
address. It keeps saying having issue adding payment. I've tried 3
browsers and my cell phone. What is going on?

Does the update feature not work? Every time I click it my mouse cursor
starts spinning, then it doesn't do anything. Have to force close the
program and manually uninstall then reinstall new version.
