Just restart the quest after the update is completed then navigate to
settings>See all>Experimental and it should be there. Enjoy pinching the
air.

possible. You must connect to usb first before you can enable wifi

FINAL EDIT: Faulty unit, Had to send it back with a lengthy process and
being passed around through oculus support for over a week but I finally
got it replaced and now that my headset works fine... my controllers

@retarDDD Have you restarted your Quest since the update finished? If
not try that, if so then you may need to contact support. v12 should
have brought this functionality.
