I understand that you are asking me what additional steps that I can try
but that's sort of the whole point of me reaching out for help. If I
knew what steps to do then I would never have originally posted my plea

I thought you were only able to install the same version or newer?

A normal boot time should not be 10 minutes after a clean reset.
Something is wrong. It used to be 30 seconds after a reset. Things are
