As discussed in the forums. I, and pretty much everyone else who
develops for GearVR has their app rejected with "changes requested".
Then there is no way of getting any feedback and emails to submission
are ignored. So your app is dead in the water....
HiBefore submitting an app to the store I am trying to enter the banking
details for my company that is based in Australia.Could you please
advise me of what I should choose from the Tax ID Type drop down and
what information goes in the Personal ID ...

I have no problem with rejection and quality control, it is just the
lack of communication that is disappointing, but hopefully it will
improve with time. Having said that, some of the apps already on the
store are awful!
