Make sure you put in a ticket. It doesn't sound great, support told me:
"Our engineering team is working around the clock to get this issue
resolved and you can reach out to us at any time for an update on this

I've turned on/off Wifi/Bluetooth, changed wireless networks (2.4 & 5),
logged off from the app, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, and reset the

Iām also having the same issue with a new refurb headset. Restarting the
app, turning off wifi and Bluetooth, reinstalled the app, reset the
headset but nothing has helped.
