The main issue with this is that it does not seem possible to create
child accounts. The family center simply takes you around in circles for
teen accounts with no option for preteen ones.
That’s a horrible response by support to your issue when they have a
press release fully stating that you should be able to add a separate
preteen account (but provide no method of doing so).
