All of the sudden, when I enable the Link and open Virtual Desktop, it
opens my Windows Explorer, but I can't perform any mouse actions. None
of the Oculus buttons react to my attempts to click on an icon inside
Virtual Desktop. Remotes work fine out...
Well, prepare to be disappointed. My wife and I had to RMA both of our
64gb Quest 2 headsets because of the same issue. We received new
headsets and now those batteries are starting to die. I suspect all the
Quest 2 headsets batteries will eventually...
A week for me. FedEx > Meta = 3 days. Got a confirmation and tracking
number and got our headsets four days later. Mint condition. Stickers
and all. Working perfectly (battery lasting much longer than I
remember).
There is no solution. When I contacted Meta to troubleshoot, they
confirmed that the batteries will just stop holding a charge despite
Debug Mode. Our headsets (Two Quest 2 64GB headsets) had to be RMA'd
back to Meta and we got new 64GB headsets. Sti...
During the RMA process, it is requested that you give Meta the serial
number FROM THE BOX. Luckily, we kept our Oculus Quest 2 boxes, but what
if you don't have the box anymore?
