Having problems with USB Link on your Quest 2? So was I and Oculus

Oculus support proves once again how unknowledgeable they are about
their own product. You have to allow data access, even though ALL
support literature says to deny it. Didn't work for me when I deny,

Also ignore what Oculus says, you have to allow data access for USB Link
to work. Once you do these steps, Link should at lease initialize with
any USB cable so you'll know you're on the right track.
To connect via USB cable, Air Link must be disabled in both the headset
and the PC App. Took me soooooo long to find this answer and contact to
Oculus and Alienware did nothing. Good ol' Reddit came through, as
